The Ranger College Men's Cross Country team complete an outstanding season

The Ranger College Men's Cross Country team had an outstanding season, culminating in their participation at the NJCAA Cross Country National Championship in Huntsville, AL in the 2023-24 season. Led by their star runner, Paul Barmao, the team showcased their incredible skills and determination.

Paul Barmao proved to be a dominant force throughout the season, consistently finishing at the top of the pack and setting the tone for his teammates. His exceptional athleticism and unwavering commitment to training made him a formidable competitor. Barmao's leadership and drive undoubtedly inspired the rest of the team to perform at their best.

Following closely behind Barmao was Dai'Mond Harvey, who consistently pushed himself to new heights.
