Lady Rangers open season with win over WTC

Emily Vidal scored 24 points and Chloe Malone added 16 more on Friday and helped carry the Ranger College women's basketball team to a 76-52 win over Western Texas College in their 2022 season opener. The game was played in front of a large crowd in the Ron Butler Gymnasium.
Vidal hit on five of her seven three-point attempts in the contest.
The Lady Rangers will return to action on Monday, Nov. 7, against the Howard College Lady Hawks. The game will be played in the Dorothy Garrett Coliseum in Big Spring starting at 5:45 p.m.
