Bio

Coach Madison Lee, a native of Fort Pierce, Florida, brings both high-level playing experience and a strong coaching background to the Ranger College volleyball program. She began coaching club and travel volleyball during her senior year of high school and has continued to develop her passion for the game ever since.

Madison started her collegiate career at Life University (2021–2023) before transferring to Florida College, where she completed her playing career during the 2023–2025 seasons. At Florida College, she became one of the most decorated setters in the program’s history. Madison earned 11 Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) Setter of the Week honors (five in 2023 and six in 2024), was recognized as the back-to-back CAC Setter of the Year, and was named First Team All-Conference in 2024. She also ranked nationally in assists per set, finishing 13th in 2023 and 14th in 2024.

Off the court, Madison excelled academically, graduating in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business. Her blend of coaching experience, competitive achievements, and academic success makes her a valuable addition to the Ranger College volleyball staff.
