Troy Wiles and Andrew Nunez helped transform the Ranger College men's cross country into one of the premier NJCAA programs in the nation. Now the two All-Americans will get a chance to do the same at the next level.

Wiles and Nunez both signed letters of intent during a special signing ceremony.

"We are thrilled at the opportunity these two young men have earned," said RC head coach Kathy Graham. "I believe both of them will do very well at the next level."

A three-time All-American, Wiles signed to run this fall at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.

At one time, he also held 2 other records the school's all-time mark in the 1,500- and 5,000-meter races). Wiles was recently named to the Outdoor Track Scholar All America Team.

Nunez will continue his career at Midland University, a liberal arts college in Fremont, Nebraska.

Nunez, who served as one of the team's captains, was part of the Rangers' squad that placed eighth at the national meet this fall, which is the second-highest finish ever by the RC men's team.

He also posted a 4.0 grade-point average during the spring semester, qualifying him for the Scholar All America Team.
